Role Experience: 5+ years
What You’ll Do
• Conduct patent/market intelligence searches
• Patent/Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) search and analysis with respect to Formulations
• Patent/Freedom-to-Operate search and analysis with respect to active pharmaceutical ingredients
• Provide clearance reports
• Conduct patent invalidation search and analysis
• Conduct patent and non-patent literature search for Novelty and Patentability
• Patent drafting and filing
• Conduct IP due diligence
• Track new patent filings, dossier approvals, litigations, and analyze their potential impact
• Liaison with Portfolio Team in evaluating and suggesting new products for pipeline development
• Liaison with Regulatory Team for certifications, label carve-outs, and other requirements
