Role Purpose
Support GlobalLuxRx’s CMO, CRO, Business Development and Licensing function by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements with partners across UK, Europe, the US, and emerging markets. You will ensure robust, balanced agreements that protect company interests while enabling successful long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise BD teams on contractual structures, term sheets, and negotiation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with EU, US, and key emerging market legal frameworks.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
• Coordinate with Finance, Regulatory, CMC, and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in cross-border agreements.
• Manage external counsel for country-specific advice and disputes.
• Maintain contract repository and track key obligations.
What You Bring
• Qualified lawyer with 7+ years’ post-qualification experience (pharma/life sciences preferred).
• Strong record in negotiating international licensing and supply agreements.
• Familiarity with EU/US regulatory & IP frameworks for generics.
• Pragmatic drafting skills balancing risk vs. opportunity.
• Strong communicator.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages a plus.
• Experience in generics, specialty pharma, or CRO/CDMO mandatory.
