Role PurposeOwn the end-to-end out-licensing funnel for GlobalLuxRx’s value-added and complex generics. Source, qualify, and close licensing partnerships with top generic and specialty companies, aligning commercial terms, supply, regulatory, and launch plans to deliver profitable, on-time entries.
What You’ll Do• Build and manage a target list across Europe for out-licensing of value-added and complex generics (oncology, CNS, dermatology, metabolic).
• Lead the BD cycle: search & evaluate, outreach, CDAs, data-room orchestration, deep-dives, executive briefings.
• Develop partner proposals: target profiles, country P&Ls, demand scenarios, differentiated positioning.
• Own negotiations (fees, milestones, royalties, transfer price, safety stock, MOQs, territories) to term sheets and agreements with Legal.
• Run business cases with BD, Strategy and R&D: NPV/IRR, payback, sensitivity analyses (price erosion, time-to-market, COGS, supply risk).
• Coordinate with Regulatory/Clinical (EMA & FDA), CMC/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IP to de-risk timelines and ensure readiness.
• Maintain BD pipeline and forecast; track KPIs and cycle times.
• Represent GlobalLuxRx at events (CPHI Worldwide, BePharma, DACH/BeNeLux partnering).
• Scan market drivers (US pricing, EU tenders, SPC/data exclusivity cliffs) to prioritise new candidates.
What You Bring• 5+ years in pharmaceutical BD&L, with proven out-licensing/B2B deals in Europe.
• Experience in generics/value-added generics; knowledge of EMA procedures and launch sequencing.
• Fluency in financial modelling (NPV, IRR, payback), scenario planning, forecasting (IQVIA/Evaluate/GlobalData).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communicator in English; additional EU languages (DE/FR/ES/IT/PL) a plus.
• STEM or Pharmacy degree; or equivalent training.
